At Aurum Styles™, every item is made on demand just for you. We collaborate with reputable international print companies, mostly Printify and Printful, to ship vibrant, personalized clothing all over the world.

Because our products are shipped from multiple regions, delivery times and shipping costs may vary slightly based on your location and which partner fulfills your order.


🕒 Processing Time

  • Production: 2–5 business days before shipment
    We don't keep inventory on hand; every item is printed, packaged, and quality-checked as it is ordered.


🌍 Estimated Delivery Times

Economy 4–8 business days
Canada Standard 10–30 business days
Australia Standard 10–30 business days
Rest of World Standard 10–30 business days

 

📝 Note: Some items may arrive faster or slower depending on whether they’re fulfilled by Printify or Printful. You'll be notified when your order is shipped.

📦 Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may add 7–12 business days.


💰 Shipping Costs

  • Calculated automatically at checkout based on the items in your cart and your shipping address.

  • Shipping charges reflect the total cost for all items, including those shipped separately.


📦 Multiple Shipments

If your order includes products from different partners or warehouses, they may ship separately. Each will have its own tracking and estimated delivery date.

You’ll see one combined shipping fee at checkout.


📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available in your region).

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the status.

  • Didn’t get a tracking email? Check your spam/junk folder or contact us.


🌐 International Shipping & Customs

Orders shipped outside your country may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees.
These fees are not included in our shipping rates and are the buyer’s responsibility upon delivery.

❗ Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking number.

  2. Contact the delivery carrier.

  3. Still no luck? Email us at hello@aurumstyles.fashion with your order number.

We'll investigate with the fulfillment partner on your behalf.
