At Aurum Styles™, every piece is crafted on demand exclusively for you. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size or style selections

Change of mind

General dissatisfaction
We accept returns and issue refunds only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Returns for non-defective products including size, style, or change of mind are not accepted.
We’ll Make It Right If…
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, color, or item), we’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund—on us.

Clear photographs illustrating the issue

Once we verify the problem, choose between:

A replacement of the correct item (no extra charge)

A full refund to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to process returns or refunds for:

Items returned without prior approval

Products that have been worn, washed, or used

Gift cards or promotional items
Any unauthorized return shipment will be refused and sent back at the sender’s expense.
Special Provision for EU Customers
In compliance with EU consumer protection regulations, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt if:

The item is unused and in its original packaging

You obtain return authorization via email before shipping
Please note that, as all items are custom-made, eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you haven’t received your refund 15 business days after approval, please reach out to hello@aurumstyles.fashion with your order number and refund confirmation.
