Aurum Styles™ is a global fashion brand creating bold, made-to-order streetwear that speaks for itself. Every piece is printed with purpose and designed to inspire confidence without words.
Where is Aurum Styles™ based?
We’re proudly based in Nigeria and ship worldwide using trusted print-on-demand platforms like Printify and Printful. Our production partners are located globally to help us deliver faster.
What does “Style That Speaks” mean?
It’s more than a slogan it’s our identity. “Style That Speaks” is about wearing pieces that express who you are without saying a word. It means confidence, clarity, and character in every stitch fashion that speaks you.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies based on your location. U.S. orders typically arrive in 4–8 business days. International orders take around 10–30 business days. Visit our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship globally. However, delivery times may vary depending on your country, customs, and local courier efficiency.
Why did I receive multiple packages?
Your order may be split across multiple shipments if items are fulfilled by different providers. This helps speed up overall delivery.
Orders & Products
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Everything is made-to-order, meaning your item is created after you place your order. This ensures zero waste and intentional design.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product has a detailed sizing chart. We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page before purchasing.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
Orders begin processing quickly. We can’t guarantee cancellations or changes, but contact us immediately if needed and we’ll try to help.
Payment & Security
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes. While we process payments in USD, your bank will automatically convert the currency if you use a local card. Prices display in your local currency for convenience.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Verve, and other major credit/debit cards. Google Pay and Apple Pay may only work with USD accounts.
Will I be charged a currency conversion fee?
Your bank may charge a small conversion fee. This is standard for international purchases and is not something we control.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We use secure gateways and SSL encryption to keep your data and transactions protected.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my item?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong sizing. If your item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll fix it.
What should I do if I received a wrong or damaged item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@aurumstyles.fashion with your order number and clear photos. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Limited Collections & Community
Do you release limited edition drops?
Yes. We launch limited collections for occasions like Pride Month, Summer, and other seasonal or cultural moments. These are only available for a short time.
Will sold-out items return?
Most limited edition pieces will not restock. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. That’s what makes them exclusive.
